Kundalini yoga uses posture, breath, sound
and meditation to enhance the flow of energy,
develop and balance the mind, increase strength,
flexibility and vitality, to achieve healthy body
and peaceful mind.

Japa Meditation combines recitation of a mantra
with sound, movement and/or mudra – hand
position – to achieve a deep and healing state
of inner peace.
